Single Twist Bunching Machine SE125

The name BEMA is known world-wide, since establishment of the company in 1946, and stands for proven advanced technology and state of the art manufacture. Proof of this are the many installations that can be found in numerous cable factories across the whole world and which, after many years of production, are still giving good service. After moving to a new location and reorganisation of our manufacturing facilities during 1993, we are geared to meet any future challenges with new technology and the use of modern electronics and techniques to manufacture modern up to date machinery. A floor area of approximately 4500 sq meters with an approximate staff of 40 is available for the challenges of tomorrow.

Our production programme specialises in the manufacture of bow stranding machines of 3 to 14 spools, sizes 200 to 1600 mm diameter, as well as tubular stranders of 2 - 45 spools up to 630 mm diameter with central-bearings, above with underrollers. The special construction of the bearing stands enables the positioning of the machine without foundations, which greatly reduces costs of installation and commissioning. All machines are fitted with electronic control and patented safety monitoring. The haul-off capstans are electrically driven with infinitely variable electronic lay lenght regulation with digital display. The haul off capstan wheels are manufactured from steel alloy, high frequency hardened and are extremely hard wearing. The loading of the machine is possible by fully automated robotics. The take-up spoolers are manufactured and available in various sizes, as required.

We also manufacture single and double twist bunchers with digital electronic control for take-up spools of 400 to 1600 mm flange dia. The single twist machine SE for reel sizes of 400 to 1600mm is especially suitable for the manufacture of computer cable with high data transfer rates, as well as Telephone, control and power cable in combination with pay-off systems such as tangentials, with or without drive, rotating pay-offs as well as stationary, from baskets or brush type pay-offs and all taping devices such as centralised taping systems, binding applicators and tangential pay-offs in all variations.
